San Jose CA Is Growing
The Department of Santa Clara is planning the future of the Santa Clara Bart station. The project planning area is estimating that not only will there be a future Santa Clara BART Station but possibly 3,500 housing units.
The housing units are needed in the North area of Norman A Mineta International Airport and around San Jose. Landlords currently have to give tenents three months to find housing in income controlled units.
Santa Clara County is also planning five million square feet of non-residental development and seven acres of public parks.
